What food can I eat to raise my testosterone? I'm a total sissy and I've even started thinking of asking my doctor for estrogen to transition. I want to stop being a fag so I want to raise my testosterone.
>black olives, anchovies, fresh tomato slices
>cottage cheese, kimchee, chicken feet
>mug, vodka
No food will raise your testosterone. Eat a balanced diet with a bias for protein and adhere to a lifestyle that prevents you from being sedentary. Ideally, lift weights but anything works. The goal is to be healthy so you can restore your natural test levels (if you even have any). Other than that, test injections is your only chance
You eat meat?
if you go to a nice restaurant that has this anywhere in sight ==> get the fuck out.
The food there is shit.
unless it's a breakfast diner you dolt.

What was the most bizarre but delicious fusion dish you have ever eaten?
>>8454440
Bacon Israeli Couscous
Not that bizarre but one of the most delicious dishes I've ever eaten was green curry ramen.
Tuna tartar and guacamole with wasabi seaweed chips.
How do /ck/ feel about girl scout cookies?
I usually don't like shaved coconut, but those one coconut cookies are pretty good. Overall, they're pretty solid, and I usually buy them because girl scouts are cute. Even the ugly ones.
>>8454220
my sentiments exactly
>tfw no loli gf
>>8454220
>because girl scouts are cute.
especially the ones with feminine benis.
I like rice but can't make it. I tried things like Minute Rice but it wasn't very good. The other day an anon said to make perfect rice you use 1 cup of rice and 1 1/2 cups of water. bring water to boil in pot then pour rice in and take off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Everyone agreed. That sounded so easy that I bought a bag of Jasmine Rice and tried it and it failed miserably. The rice didn't cook and was crunchy.
tl;dr How to make Jasmine Rice on stove.
The bag the rice comes in should have instructions, but this is how I do white rice
1 part rice, 2 part water
put both in pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, put cover on pot and leave it the fuck alone for 20 minutes
Take off the heat and eat it
you can use bullion cubes or stock to change up the flavor if you get bored of plain rice.
You are number gay

You don't need the tinfoil if you have a good seal on your pot. It works every time.
Look at these delicious white castle burgers and buns cooking
White Castle is a love it or hate it thing but I must admit, I'll never understand those individuals who possibly dare to hate these luscious oniony steamed sliders
so, do they drill holes in the meat so they can charge you for a full patty, but save money by ripping you off?
>>8453744
They aren't charging you for a full patty, they are charging you for a patty with 5 holes in it.
>>8453744
The holes are to allow the patty to cook fully without having to flip them. It's an efficiency thing.
Barefoot contessa is the only watchable thing on this god awful channel. Chopped used to be on that very short list until they became try hards with "chopped kids" and "chopped celebrity edition"
>giving black truffles to someone who can't even properly poach an egg
Don't even get me starte on "the kitchen".
>>8453670
watch createTV if you get it
I can barely watch BC anymore.
If you get the Cooking channel try "The best thing I ever made"; it's one of the only current shows where they actually cook things (that don't look like rehash #23452364563) that inspire me to want to cook - which, wholly fuck, is what FN did once upon a time.
Food Network was great back in the 1990's
>Good Eats
>Two Fat Ladies
>Japanese Iron Chef
I entered my kitchen and found this SHIT on the table.
It turns out that my gf got it.
Tell me how to make this taste good? Oh god I have chickepeas
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hummus
you need to go ethnic I'm afraid
Needle and string. Make anal beads. Or hummus if you're gay.
ayy /ck/
Besides the fudge recipe on the jar and the awful looking 'fluffer nutter', what are some good things I can do with this shit?
put a dollop of it on top of hot cocoa? idk
add some to hot chocolate or make a fluffernutter
that's pretty much it, senpai
It's basically a thing for old men from the northeast that want to hold onto something from their childhood.
>>8453332
Make chocolate ice cream, and when it's almost done churning add in fluff with some chocolate chips. Homemade Phish Food.
Also fluffernutters are good
Just got a vitamix, anyone have cool recipes to share?
Just tried their broccoli cheddar soup, pretty good
I have a nutrabullet which i'm guessing is the same shit.
I just blend a shit load of vegetables together and down it with disgust.
really starts my day off with some anger and hatred.
>>8453144
I do this but with an egg, vodka, celery, and a bit of parsley
really makes me contemplate killing myself but I feel great after the taste is gone
>>8453144
Kale is pretty awesome for your mood.
So I really want to try my hand at making some kind of Asian dish, be it Japanese or Thai, Chinese or Vietnamese.
My problem, however, is that I have little to no experience cooking, have limited equipment to cook with (small apartment kitchen), I'm on a tight budget, and I only have access to stores like Walmart and Ingles.
What would be a good recipe to start with? I love curries, and rice and noodle dishes.
>>8452984
>I only have access to stores like Walmart and Ingles.
You're posting on the internet, therefore you have access to any ingredient from anywhere via mail-order.
Curries are great but they tend to require many ingredients that you won't find at a wal-mart so that might be an issue for you. Japanese style curry would be a good choice since that requires only basic ingredients + the roux blocks, plus it's simple as fuck to prepare.
Stir fry any vegetable with garlic and ginger
Wa la
Follow the instructions on the back of the curry paste jar
Let's play find the vegan

Let's get this shit started

What sort of technical challenges would a cheesemonger encounter when designing a cheese to mimic the heady pheromones of a human female's bodily terroir?
I was thinking there could be several potential bacterial "bouquets" to harvest for this:
>Arm pits
>Perineum
>Feet (soles)
>Feet (toes)
Would you recommend a long period of aging? Should other cultures be used to temper the powerful female terroir? Would you mix dried fruit or nuts into these cheese?
If this is successful I'm going to market my cheese making services to college athletic teams that want to raise funds by selling cheese made from their amazing bodies. This could make cheese into the next craft beer.
We've already got a cheese with live maggots in it. This can't be much worse than that.

That's a fucking aesthetic tattoo. Don't those go away though?
what the fuck
