How should one store one's savings if one has under $5000 saved? Should one keep it all in one savings bank account? Or should one diversify? If so how? General advice is welcome.

1. Eliminate any outstanding debts. The preference would be high to low interest. In general that would be credit cards then private loans, followed by collateral loans and housing.

2. Create an emergency fund with 3-12 months worth of living expenses. This range is mostly due to circumstances. A married couple with two incomes and family help would likely only need a small buffer of cash.

Someone who is alone, with no outside assistance, and a single income would be better off having a larger emergency fund to protect against the unforeseen. I have enough money to live for a month in a safe, then the remainder in an online bank. They can have interest rates around 1%, which is probably the best that can be done while keeping the money liquid and movable.

It's only 5k, put it in one account with a high interest rate.

Why would you want to create a nuisance over 5k?

Survey the market to see if there's even a way to properly monetize once you get going.

You can't really monetize on followers, and people already do this. There are services out there that allow you to pay for a certain amount of followers.

Hello /biz/raelites,

I don't browse here often, but I remember seeing threads regarding the big four and auditing. I know a CFO in one of them on a personal level, and I thought it would be of interest to you if I offered to forward any questions you might have regarding the business to him. It might take a couple of days for me to get answers though, so stay patient and keep the thread bumped if this is of interest.

Yes, for sure. The thing with the exams is not that the things you need to know are particularly hard, you need to know 1000 things - mile wide and an inch deep. Quantity of material makes it harder to cram last minute.

But difficulties with exams make them the more valuable to be certified.
>>
>>1010181
Depends if you've taken graduate courses. In Texas(my home state) you've gotta take 30 hours of graduate courses before you can sit for the exam. At my uni 98% of people pass after the first try if they've completed their graduate degree

Why does Kmart refuse to get with the times? Why are they still using IBM point-of-sale machines that are older than I am? (I'm 23). Why do they still produce tons and tons of receipt paper when you check out? Why do people give Walmart a bad rep and not Kmart? Nobody talks about how shite kmart can be, it's mostly Target vs. Walmart.

Speaking of Walmart I had just gotten hired there and I am blown away at how friendly everyone is compared to when I worked at Kmart. At Walmart I am actually recieving actual training, fellow associates are friendly and nice, and I will not be the only cashier up there. Also none of their cash registers are broken. The Kmart I once worked at had 8 registers. You can safely bet that about half were broken or malunctioning at any one time. Usually only one lane was open, causing a line of several feet long, of angry customers. Which in turn made them less likely (obviously) to give out their Shop Your Way information or rewards card. Which in turn gave me a bad percentage of SYW. That little arrow was the only thing my boss cared about. He'd frequently come to my register, tap the little colored arrow, and shame me in some way. Periodically the boss would all bring us back to the office and basically yell at us because corporate was yelling at him about the amount of shop your way customers.

So if Kmart had faster, up to date point of sale machines, it'd lead to increased happiness for everyone: the customer, the cashier, and the higher ups.

>Why does Kmart refuse to get with the times?

that would cost money.
>>
>>1010135
I agree. It's not the Kmart I worked at that was outdated in machines. All of them that I've ever been at in my life (in 2 US states) had decades old POS machines
>>
Maybe 20 years old IBM POS systems are not as hackable, as the fiasco that Target went thru. That's not a good answer, but it may be true.

I remember visiting one K-Mart (maybe 10 years back) and they still a picture of Kresge hanging on the wall in the back foyer to the offices. Other than in Bentonville, I doubt Wally has Sam Walton pictures in each store. Times change.

For you.... No.

You never "see" money. You shift shit around so the client pays less tax. Your money is a bunch of numbers on a page and you stick it together to make it look right.

Also shoebox office I hate it.

You: go get a job in a bank or sell fruit they handle money all the time.

If you want a good stable profession then yes accounting is a good way to go. You can even specialise if you want and go into Treasury etc if you want to differentiate yourself

How do you find a frugal girl? It seems nowadays 99% of them are too brainwashed by consumerism and too obsessed with displays of status.

Should I join a church group or something? Are small town girls more frugal?

Hey /biz/, poorfag femanon here who's fallen into some desperate times. I already work two jobs/in college and in need of extra income. Any idea of good places to sell nudes/vids/etc? Before you mention it, I have no shame in doing this, but if you have other alternatives for side income anywhere near as profitable, please share.

Find an online sugar daddy. Just send him nudes a couple times a day.

Post pic.
>>
So strip. You can make $500 to $1000 a day.

Or cam you can make $100 to $300 a session. It can easily be recorded though.

There is little money in selling clips and doing porn is perilous. Hooking is also perilous.

Now that i have given you What you seek, post a body shot.
>>
>>1013511
Assuming strippers get to keep all/a majority of the money they get thrown at them onstage, the government would have no way of finding out about the excess income would they? Meaning you're getting $500 - $1000 of untaxed income a day?

I need to be a stripper
