No, a short sale is when the owner is selling it for less than what their mortgage is worth. Usually the bank gives them a strict number they have to sell it for. An auction would not be a short sale, it'd be a foreclosure, where the owner didn't make payments, so now it's owned by the bank.

I have a base salary and sales big bonuses every 3 months. What I do is I live off bonuses and invest/save my bonuses. My way of investing is forex/commodities and buying undervalued cars, basically washing them or fixing some things over the weekend and selling them with +10% profit. I have around $10k invested in forex, making 5-10% returns monthly (sometimes less than 5% sometimes more than 10) and a camry sitting next to my house waiting to be sold.

It's been like that for over a year. I never spend my money on stuff I don't need. Everybody at work spends their money on expensive clothes, watches, they take loans to buy better cars they can't afford and I just keep making more and more money every month. I wish I can do trading full time in a couple years and quit this shitty job.

I went to school with someone similar (guy who was born to migrant farm workers) and every firm was nearly literally sucking his dick.

1) you need a genius idea... something innovative, something people never thought of before... idea is everything ,execution is unimportant

2) you need to focus on paying yourself a salary ASAP... your MAIN goal should be your own salary

3) google "make successful business quick" and sign up for a few courses... usually they cost money but they're totally worth it

4) when you have some capital GET an office asap... even if the rent is high... it's a disgrace to work from home or your garage LOL
