Once you have more than 10,000 followers you can make money promoting other people's content. You won't make much ($5 per retweet or so) but it's reaaally easy money and requires no labor. It depends on how targeted and engaged your follower base is, of course. If you have a niche, you can promote content related to that niche and charge a premium for higher engagement.
