Alright biz, so,

I have had my own business for several years.

As of now, it's a profitable business. Problem is, I am one person. I have a lot of work where if I did it, it would be you know, $30/hour, $25/hour in profit, but I don't have time for that stuff so it gets thrown into a scrap pile and sold for pennies.

I'm working 80 hours per week and not able to do this stuff that I've been scraping because there is all the other shit I need to do.

Right now business consists of,

>acquire the electronics (me)
>take them apart (me)
>create ebay adds (me)
>pack them all up (me)
>ship them all (me)
>deal with customers (me)
>accounting (me)

What's the best way I can employ someone to make some of my work, you know, go away?

Surely there is somewhere in the process where I can hand it to someone being paid $8/hour and that will free up my time to pursue the $30/hour work that I just throw away

But everytime I want to hire someone, I get cold feet. What if they steal my stuff? What do I actually trust them to do? What if I have them in charge of ebay adds and they list $50 units for $5? What if I put them in charge of packing and they don't pack properly and stuff is damaged in shipment?

etc

Your business is a bit more sophisticated than massproducing burgers... can you hire a younger cousin or sibling in an assistant capacity, so you can peak over their shoulder and check their work till they are up to speed?
>>
>I have had my own business for several years.
You own a job*

Anyhow, if you want to hire someone look for someone with high intellect but no ambition and decent work ethic.
>>
>>1013376

I think that's a bit demeaning anon, it's a business.

Learning to program is like riding a bicycle. Once you know how to do it the language you code in (the bike you are riding) doesn't really matter and you can pick up new languages in weeks.

How can I be like this guy?

He started trading IPO's when he was 16 and he was very successful. Then he showed his track record to Goldman Sachs and they took him on board where he was in charge of tens of millions of dollars which he divided appropriately in the different sectors while always have 'emergency' funds in case something new popped up.

Then, he quit Goldman and kind of retired. I think a year later he began trading his own money for the heck of it, and then he was offered a TV trading show, which I'm sure you have seen, where he trained 8 noobs in to trying to trade the GFC.

Then after that he wanted to train randoms so he started setting up trading teams or some shit of complete noobs.

I genuinely don't think he is doing it for the money, I think he is training these people for self furfillment, if he was after the money he would go back to Goldman Sachs.

If you want to be a successful trader, you need to get great returns and a degree in something related like Finance, math, engineering...whatever.

Then you need to be headhunted (preferably) or apply to an investment bank and manage hundreds of millions.

Not a fan of a vast majority of those shows but I'll give you credit for the Haruhi figures.

The high valuation increased the paper value of employee shares — and thus the income tax bills levied on their stock when they received the stock grants, or when they bought and sold shares. To pay those taxes, some employees emptied savings accounts and borrowed money.

Ah, another NEET with big dreams of starting a business.

Yet just let us know when it inevitably fails or more likely, you don't have the balls to take a risk and work on your business, much more comfy sitting at mommie and daddie's house and calling people cuckolds huh.

$2,000? You mean on top of a 15k security fund, 10k car fund, and 20% down payment for a house, right?
