I´ll tell you my story: she was really indecisive and couldn't sort her shit out. We had two arguments because her ex had been stalking her over a period of time. Eventually I got fed up because she wouldn't do anything about it. She had the balls to break up with me because "she didn't have time", "you deserve nice things" and "I cannot commit to a relationship at the moment". Granted I was pretty mad but realized she was not worth it. Yes, she was dating somebody merely weeks later but I didn't care much.

tl;dr: get over her, she is trying to be dump you in a "nice" way. She doesn't like you that much if she doesn't see you two together. I know it sucks but the sooner you accept it you will move forward.

if you want a deeper voice the best thing you can do is take some vocal lessons or look up how to extend your vocal range on the internet. make sure when you're speaking to lift the soft part of the back of your throat up (like when you're yawning) so that your voice is clear.

I have the same issue OP but nearly everyone I meet. I noticed recently that I keep up conversations and I keep trying to talk and people give shit responses or short answers. I understand now that people just don't care about what I have to say. But I did learn something I will pass onto you. If the person likes you, if the person wants to get to know you better then they will talk with you, they will keep the ball rolling. If its just you asking questions or trying to keep the conversation going then odds are the other person might just not care about you enough to want to talk with you.
