What would I need to successfully apply for a business/small business loan? Specifically to start a sweet shop
I'm 25, have average credit (670), 10k in the bank, work a 35k a year job, and the only liquidatable asset I really own is a fairly cheap car (2009 Honda Civic)
Am I fucked? How do I get to where I need to be?

Have you looked into what the costs involved are? you'd need to rent a store and contact candy suppliers and so forth
Long story short I'm 19 and go to a local state college. I still live in my hometown and commute there every day. Last night I went to a party and hooked up with a random girl, today I find out she's only 16 and still in high school. She tried to hit me up to hang out, but I'm kind of torn on pursuing it.

How do you ignore your parents when they're the shittiest people alive? I can't do anything the second I start fapping they start walking by and talking and making tons of noise. The second I try to sleep my mom goes and slams a bunch of dishes or does some loud shit. My dad comes home at midnight and makes noise for hours. If I try listening to music or having a friend over they are sleeping even though it's the middle of the day. I just went to the drive-through at a fast food place at 11:30 PM.
I ordered a spicy chicken. The dude was like "it's gonna be 6 minutes on that spicy chicken. I'm gonna have to ask you to pull up."
I pulled up and waited until 11:57 PM. No food. No sign of anybody in the drive-through. Drove back, nobody in the window. Drove up, nobody at the counter, nobody in the lobby. Went back around to the place you order at, nobody answering.
So what do you do when you order food at a drive-through and then midnight rolls around and all the employees hide?
Do I go back to the store tomorrow to get a refund or do I complain to corporate or what?

you have your receipt? Call Corporate, tell them the story. Tell them the exact date, time, etc. describe the employees if you have to.

I have been in a relationship for more than 6 years now. It's sort of long distance since I am in college but I see him on all breaks and so on. I'm 24 and he's 23.
We are both needs I introduced him to comics we bought Civil War on our first date. He introduced me to podcasts. Blah blah blah.
I always accepted his gaming. I game too.
He forgets to call me and it can take 8 hours for him to respond to a text.( I just want to know he's alive once to twice a day.)

From hanging around a bunch of industrial guys in the same studio for a couple months from being digital/graphic designer i can say a few vague things i found from talking and hanging around them. Start getting good at drawing perspective with shapes. This one guy had a bunch of boxs all around his room he used to draw from. Understand form and function. I guess you know some of that from being a Mechanical Design Engineer but it's how it's designed for how people use it and looks. Practice 3D modeling and get used to actually building things together with whatever material is suitable for whatever your making. I dont know whats involved with being Mechanical but it should flow into industrial nicely. My guess it's more how it's more design work than mechanically engineering.
