Sup advice.

The only thing I want in life is to be rich. Not millionaire rich but normal rich. Like having 150k in my bank account would be the goal. I know it sounds shallow but I already have everything else. Family, a hot gf, a job etc. I also have some ideas but I don't know how to start them. I know posting this on this website is a failure in itself but you are wise men and I know you can give me some hints.

Help a poor lad out adv.

Help I think I might have borderline personality disorder but I'm not certain.
I'm very antisocial, whenever I get angry my mind becomes clouded with emotions, I've had 1 unsuccesful suicide attempt and I've already planned out my next attempt. I've been diagnosed with AvPD, codependancy, and MDD but I feel like there's something else fucked up about me. The next time I see my therapist is next week but idk if I'll make it.
My parents show signs and symptoms of BPD but they've never gotten a proper diagnosis so it's hard to say for sure.
I'm currently 21 trying to stay in school and working to save up so I can finally say goodbye to my crazy ass family but I'm at the end of my rope.
How fucked am i?

Hey /adv/. Sorry to be a bother, but are any of you fishermen? In a few days, I'm about to go on a trip with my family down to the shore at montauk, long island, and we were thinking of doing shore fishing or fishing from one of the piers/rock formations. However, the only equipment I have is suited for freshwater.

Are there any kind of strategies I can use or equipment I should buy without having to actually go out and buy a saltwater rod?

I wanna help physically train my sister but she doesn't see it as nessary. So how should I hire a girl about her size to fight her so she sees she should learn to fight?

35f here. I'm depressed because I am physically weak and if I got into a fight I would end up hospitalized or dead, but the idea of just giving up makes me depressed and angry and violent and it's killing me from the inside. My father used to beat me as a child so I hold a lot of resentment toward men, I am scared of men hurting me and I am angry at the idea of giving up like I was forced to do as a child, I hated it. To this day I randomly burst into tears at the memories and I wish could beat my father to death. I won't even attempt because I don't want to waste my life over a pointless murder, he's in a retirement home now and he can rot there, I hope he regrets his useless life and suffers. I still avoid relationships with men though. I'm terrified of getting intimate with a man because I'm afraid he might hurt me. How do I make sure no man will ever hurt me again? Even the apparently nice ones turn scary and violent as soon as you don't want to do what they expect of you.

I'm working as an intern to develop a web app (I don't really like it).
Working 8 hours a day at a desk is horrible. I never expected it to be this awful. I come home and have ~5 hours to do what I want, one of those hours is spent cooking, eating.

I'mm getting my degrees in CS and Maths next year.

Is this all there is to life? I don't think I'm smart enough to get further involved in academia. But I love learning so much, and I learn best when there is a course curated for me.

Is grad school a waste? I think teaching maths and philosophy would be really comfy, but I'm not so sure I'd be able to afford it, plus living life indebted to my education seems really stressful. I'm lost here, and I don't like it.

I have an car sales interview coming up, and a friend of mine who has been working there almost two years has referred me. He says they might ask me why I'm choosing one of their particular dealerships over another (i.e. why honda over mazda) and I really have no idea what i'd give to that sort of question. Google wasn't any help. I'm not necessarily looking for a direct answer here, more so just a way direction to point me in so I can understand how I'd answer it personally.

I've really had enough with losing my mind, I'm afraid lucidity will come less often and nothing has helped me so far, so here we go my first suicide thread. Which poisons/chemicals cause the body die without drawn out nausea and vomiting/pain? I have considered a bridge searching up the tallest on the west coast here in the US but it's so messy and the city could be billed for the clean up and that's just rude. A gun isn't always a given if I shoot myself in the head I could survive and might have to live in a hospital, unless I go for the gut shot and suffer possibly for hours. Any anons researched things themselves?

I live with my mom because I decided to save up for a house. Anyway, its proving to be a mistake.

She treats me like an invalid. I was downstairs and saw she was watching some gay movie about a living teddy bear. I was like "is that the movie about that bear from those kids books? Not curious george, that's the monkey...but the cordorouy bear?", which I thought was light polite pleasant banter. She just looked far away and nodded her head slowly and faintly said "yeah...the cordouroy bear. So, what's the monkey, Bob?" condescendingly.
"curious george." i said, getting pissed off. I was just downstairs to get something to drink, so grabbed one real quick and rushed back upstairs. She tried saying something and I barely acknowledged her and just continued going upstairs.

I don't know why she treats me like this. There's no fucking talking to her either, she's a fucking crazy bitch that thinks she never does anything wrong and all her shitty actions are justified. I'm so fucking fed up with it. I want a house but I don't want to be constantly disrespected despite me pulling my own weight around the house and being fucking nice.

She acts like a cunty teenager. I don't have anybody to talk to about these things, so I just wanted to vent. I don't have any questions either, I know I just need to move out sooner than expected, even if it's just an apartment or shared housing. It'll set my goals back, but it's not worth it to live here when she actively tries to make me feel stupid and even tries to convince my father i'm retarded because her feefees are hurt when she has a nightmare about me. Fuck her.

So I have this problem /adv/, I can attract girls but I can't seal the deal. I know that I cannot small talk for the life of me and my texting is god awful dry so I end up losing a lot of them. How do I become better a small talk / be a better texter.
