Don't tell her that you love her or about all your feelings. That's just weird unless things in Denmark are way different. The most important thing is to keep things LIGHT AND CASUAL with no pressure to her. She's in an awkward situation where she might think that rejecting you will make her living arrangements awkward or so bad that she'll have to move. So, don't come on strongly. Just make an offer to take her out on something that is more like a date. If she says yes to something like that, while you're out on the date try to further advance things with compliments or non-creepy physical contact.

Though, I think due to how the situation is, I wouldn't even start anything to begin with. Things can just get too weird.

I'd recommand reading Prometheus Rising of Robert Anton Wilson. It may look and sound like mumbo jumbo but it's a very interesting book depicting a map of how our brain and minds function, and how we can change our own situation. Really helped me go through harsh times.

Really this book is mental toolbox. I'd advise you to get into earstern practises such as yoga and stuff like that but the book would explain it way better than I would.

I've lied to people about why they've been let go plenty of times, probably more often than not. Thing is, wearing a tie and getting paid more doesn't change the fact that I'm a regular person the same as you. I'm in the same position op, or was. I moved when I was 5 years old to the UK, accent was British, then moved to US where it changed to American rather quickly but still has a twinge of foreign people pick up on.

I decided to just focus on sounding american because I want to talk normally and not raise attention for my accent, good or bad. I just listened to and imitated American accents and read books out loud. Worked pretty quickly. The good news is that foreigners generally are great at changing their accent, dunno why but my accent always changes wherever I go.

Honestly, it doesn't sound that bad. Kind of pleasant, actually, It's quite subtle, but you can tell it's there. Not bad, by any means. I don't think it's worth the effort to change it.
