Hey there anon, I might be able to help.

From what I know, the G-Spot is supposedly located about 3 inches into the vagina on the upper vaginal wall sort of below the bladder. From my sexual experience finding is yes indeed beneficial, although finding it is not a deal maker. A lot of women have trouble climaxing through vaginal sex even when the G-spot is stimulated. Even a totally competent lover that a woman is with may very rarely, or never at all make their woman achieve vaginal orgasm.

I have been with two partners who I have made achieve vaginal orgasm, and three who I not only was unable to, but had also stated that they have never achieved one with another partner, no matter how big, competent etc. I or their other partners were.

From my experience, I have found that stimulating the G-Spot is related to what people call "squirting", but just because a woman "squirts" doesn't mean they have achieved orgasm. What OP is cryptically referring to is the exploitation of labor by the capitalist class. For the wage-laborer has only one commodity for which he has to sell, his own labor.
