Thank you for the reassurance. I know I seem crazy anxious. But that's kind of just my personality.

Whenever I take any type of drug, I wonder what effect it is having on my brain. I wonder how different drugs interact. I often worry if it will effect my thinking patterns or my intelligence (not that I think I'm really smart, just in general).

When I look up fluoextine it says "do not take alchohol", and yet my doctor told me it was ok to have some drinks. I am so worried because tonight, I had a few beers because I just felt so anxious and I wanted to calm down a bit, and I like the taste. But now ironically I am so super paranoid. I worry that every time I have alcohol, it effects my brain permanetly.

My doctor told me it wasn't a problem because it was "different parts of the brain" that were affected by each drug. But how true is that, and is it true even when I'm tapering off prozac? and if that were true, why does it say to not drink alcohol while on it?

So my question is: how can I get over this anxiety? I don't think I can even stop drinking because I love beer, I just need to get over this feeling that it is permanently affecting my brain and my life.

It hurts because they don't want you any more.

It shops hurting when you realise you're wasting time missing someone who doesn't want you.

It feels like shit. I start to fantasize about them realizing the error of their ways, and allowing me to hold them close and say "sorry for all of the fighting. I want to love you, and for us to be happy."

but that hasn't happened yet, especially not following a fight.

Stop watching Manga and doing your nerdy shit. I stopped watching anime and playing video games for about a year and a half and my life got much better for it.

Something that I did was start playing a game with a small community. I got really good at the game, and used that as an opportunity to make friends and socialize with people on steam. Over time, I became confident enough to make friends and talk to people irl.

I also read a lot of self-help articles and based my social skills around a loose interpretation of what I read. Eventually, I developed a 9/10 personality.

This transformation takes a while, and it took me about 3 years. Assuming that you are somewhat intelligent, them it's possible, but it takes a lot of effort and involves forcing yourself to come out of your shell.

When I was 15, I was an extremely socially awkward, quiet, shut in, nerdy virgin with no friends. I'm 19 now, and had sex with my sixth girl a couple weeks ago and have more friends than I have time to hang out with.
