I'm a 27 year old senior medical resident in New York. Last month I had this cute med student on my team, she was really smart and helped out alot, but the whole month was so insanely busy that I didn't even notice she was hot until her last couple of days on the rotation. I blew my chance to ask her out and thought I wouldn't be seeing her again.
This morning, we saw each other passing by as she was part of a hospital tour group for residency applicants. We couldn't actually stop and talk because I was also in the middle of rounds with my attending
I know asking someone out through text is pretty much doomed through failure, but here's what I plan to text her right now if I get you guy's blessing

Then she'll reply "thanks! Everyone was so nice here and I really look forward to working here someday blah blah blah" or something.
How the conversation will go from there without hitting a brick wall, I dunno. While I was working with her, she would always talk about wanting to apply here and I would tease her by saying stuff like "you wanna apply to THIS place???? why???". So I actually do have alot of horror stories, inside info, and advice to give her.
How should I approach this?

I have been trying to lose weight for several months however I have gained. Yup I fucking gained ten lbs in the past two months.
I am 5'5" F and I am between 25-30 yrs old. My normal day food is...200-250 Breakfast. No lunch. 600-800 dinner. I don't get it and I am really starting to think I have a thyroid issue as I am eating at most 1400 cals on a bad day. I also do not drink any cals. I do walk everyday and work out 1 day. (working on that).
