After seeing the Fallout guns thread, I was wonder what /k/ thinks of Wolfenstein guns, specifically the 1960s guns (aside from the ones that shoot lasers)
meh to the weapons, but fucking fantastic game though, best FPS in a long time.

It's likely that in that universe soldiers are roided up seeing how real Nazis were ok with taking amphetamine salts

If senator Feinstein died tomorrow of natural causes, how would /k/ celebrate?
>>34326370
I'd make a pilgrimage to piss on her grave.
Feinstein is largely irrelevant now. It's Bloomberg that needs to kick the bucket.
>>34326370
I'd buy the babykillingest assault 30,000 clipazine per second weapon of mass destruction I could find.
Hello fellow /k/ommandos, resident of /tg/ in dire need here, lend me your combined knowledge:
Assuming the apocalypse has come and gone quite a while ago, how feasible would it be to mobilize a warship or more specifically which of the types of ships would be the easiest to get moving?
A) Old-school veterans with antique steam propulsion like Texas or Mikasa
B) 20th century ships with boilers/turbines like Iowa or Edinburgh
C) Modern day nuclear ships like the Nimitz
Basically it's not a question of material or manpower, but rather ease of use/how intuitive it would be to restore/operate a ship without (a lot of) experts on the topic.
>>34326340
The easiest? B.
That being said, the chances of any average sized group of people having enough knowledge to get even a Cold War era boat running is extremely slim. You'd be better off finding a merchant vessel of some description.
>>34326340
Is there anything in A that is even capable of floating TODAY?
Most of the museum ships are ready o fall apart.
>>34326710
I think the Texas is still capable of making a run to a nearby drydock under her own steam for repairs;
if you had 30 qualified welders, a solid year, and some decent marine-quality steel, she could still be made seaworthy pretty easilly.
She's really just about the only one, though.
The Mikasa is in solid concrete,
the Warrior is too outmoded to count for shit,
and after that all you have are the H.M.S. Victory and the U.S.S. Constitution.
Would you spend 200 dollars on knife?
>>34326149
No.
>>34326149
I wouldn't spend more than 100$
Many times.
Which barrel length is better for a pinned 5.56 AR: 13.7" or 14.5"? Trying to keep the rifle short without going NFA
Two setups I'm debating between are a 14.5" barrel with a Surefire SF3P, or a 13.7" barrel with a BE Meyers 249 Saker (pic related)
If the OAL is still 16", why bother with less barrel?
>>34326052
SF3P would be 16.5", 249S would be 16"
>>34326069
That doesn't answer the question. Why use a barrel shorter than 16"? At what point do the advantages of a shorter barrel get trumped by the disadvantages? If they're negligible, choose whichever barrel length will give you the preferred muzzle brake.
These faggots don't care unless it benefits them. I didn't believe the meme of them being just a bunch of old racist but these past weeks have proven otherwise. Still can't believe I was just recently convinced by my father to be a member with these cucks.
Is there any other alternatives to the NRA?
>>34325870
Not an NRA member what what's wrong with them? Since I'm a chicagofag, I feel like I owe them a debt of gratitude for backing McDonald in Mcdonald v Chicago
Pretty much every state has a local version of the NRA. Obviously they don't get near as much money.
CRPA is the Californian one.

The nigger said "IMMA HAFTA REACH FOR IT" after the cop told him not to. Fuck off you dumb leftist cunt.
Do you think that the Ukrainian Civil war will ever end or will it continue to go on in a stalemate?
>>34325765
It will go on as long as there is an East/West divide. There is no end in sight. The Russians can use it to put pressure on the US/EU by turning up the heat. However, it can be argued that the Ukranians can also do the same to some extent.
It is trench warfare. There are no aircraft other than drones. Tanks are not used any more. Artilery is used but it's being rotated in and out. Currently the fighting is heavy machine gun bursts and mortars. This conflict could go on for 20 years.
I'll post a few pics to bump.
>>34326336
Holy shit what is that fucking thing
That looks honestly terrifying
Why are all combat robots portrayed as being slow (or human speed i.e. slow) or bipedal?
https://youtu.be/QCqxOzKNFks
Is bipedal humanoid really the design to shoot for? Its only advantage is that it wastes less energy and that only applies to biological platforms that use ATP (and only when compared to quadruped animals). Robots don't use ATP.
>>34325510
>Is bipedal humanoid really the design to shoot for?
Hell no. 2 legs means slow inefficient and easy to get shot at.
make a 4 legged fast moving machine and put guns on it. it will be death incarnate.
because mechfags want everything to have legs

Yeah, it's useful for CQB. That's why it was made.

Long story short, I wound up finding my 15 year being close friends with a boy of similar age who claims to have a supposedly real 9mm pistol.. pic related - recieved the picture from another friend of his, who got it though a group chat, who is also concerned about his well being
Friends, I wish to protect my cousin, he has exhibited a cringey love for gangster culture - the violence, weed, etc. I just want to make sure he's safe.
Thanks all

Mind your fucking business. Goddam snitch.

15 year old boy. Get real
What are you, the gestapo?
So, I got my order of galil SAR barrels.some of them aren't too bad. Some of them are too far gone. A good portion though are just plain shot out. I'll be putting them through electrolysis and slugging them this weekend.
Got these as an experiment and plain curiosity. So far I'm not really disappointed. Especially for what I paid for them.

Jesus what did they store them in salt water ?
Historically speaking superguns have been a bad idea, because they are big, expensive, slow to move, and impossible to hide. So how about we do that, but on a boat! I know the Gustav gun and maybe some of the stuff that Saddam was cooking up could fit on a frigate-sized craft so how about it? How effective would it be?
>shoot supergun
>capsize
>>34325310
>the ss hussein spots a somali pirate boat on the horizon
>gun loads
>CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK
>dozens of crew members killed and injured
>gun fires
>entire ship torn apart
>explosion heard around the world
>wreck unrecognisable
>achmed and his buddies wiped out by 30 foot wave
would be pretty successful i'd say
shit idea, try this instead
