it doesn't seem like a regular pattern, if i had to do it i'll probably import the portrait photo onto illustrator - lower the opacity- set a grid/guides for half of her face specially where her features are (cheekbones, nose bridge etc) and then just start playing playing around with the diamon/rectangles patterns using offset path and ctrl+d, most of them seem to be repeated up and down so you'll only have to a small part.after that just lower the opacity and add noice/grain.

Google's algorithm is much different from the one used at tineye.com
For best results, use Tineye to find the base image, and if then search for _that_ in Google Reverse Image search.

I've had much more luck with Tineye when searching from base images.

well, i think you could spend days trying to fix it yourself or you could just hite someone who does logos for a living, another option would be those logo design contests.
pic is just me playing with the idea of a vase and a flower for a few mins i think it could look way better if i spend more time on it.
