What is the best way to recover a hotmail account? I have an old email which is linked to my old itunes account which I want back because I have some old pictures I want to access, but I have lost the iCloud/iTunes password as well.

Cant. My dad lost his a long time ago, he called Yahoo like 5 times trying to prove who he was, but they wouldn't reset the password, or renable the account. Its permanently suspended.
>>
>>58968159
I forgot to add, I tried the account recovery method through hotmail but I used false info to create it and have no way to retrieve the password.
>>
You're fucked lol
Old accounts get deleted and purged. I remember something about Microsoft making it possible you register a new account under a previously purged address, but I don't think they even hand out Hotmail addresses anymore.

>enter google
>type google as a search

I'm not the only that fucked this up once, am I?

My mom was terrible at using the Internet before searching from the address bar was a thing
>click in Google toolbar
>search google.com
>click link to Google homepage
>search the website she was going to's URL
>click the search link to the website
>>
>>58968179
I fucking hate tech illiterate people who go to Google to search for the website instead of just entering it in the URL bar. If you use a website daily, surely you must know what TLD to add at the end?
>>
>>58969102
>surely you must know what TLD to add at the end?
She was searching the site's URL, as in if she had typed it into the address bar it would have brought her directly there and instead she google searched it

Provided you bought a cheaper PSU you could have bought all that around $900-$1k if you build the pc yourself.
>>
>>58967780
Alright, thanks.

It'll last you a while, yes? Ultra on most games for 2-3 years?

I like the gfx 1080 but sounds like it might be a bit of an overkill bang for the buck wise.

I'm starting to put out some applications for work and wanted to get some ideas on types of jobs that may be done remotely at an entry level. Alternatively, and tech industry job ideas that may be a bit more flexible would be super duper appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

Stupid fucking idea. Whatever you can do remotely, Pajeet can do cheaper.

I work remotely, it isn't entry level and pajeet can't do it. Learn assembly, learn how to reverse engineer. Beef up on OS Architecture. Become a Malware Researcher. All these fucks in here are front end web developers, I wouldn't listen to any of them.

the live usb does have that initrd in the boot folder so I can't figure out why it can't find it. Tried disabling UEFI boot mode and still not working... any idea why?

Why aren't you using Source Mage yet, /g/?

It's like Gentoo, only better because you get to """"cast"""" """"spells"""" from """"grimoires"""".

https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=sourcemage
>Sourcemage is a source-based GNU/Linux distribution based on a Sorcery metaphor of 'casting' and 'dispelling' programs, which we refer to as 'spells'.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Source_Mage
>Source Mage's tagline is “Linux so advanced, it may as well be magic”, and its commands have a “sorcerous theme”. Each package is called a “spell”, and its package management program is called “sorcery”. To install a package the user must “cast” that spell. Casting a spell consists of downloading the source code (if it is not already downloaded), checking for dependencies, casting them if necessary, compiling the program, and installing it. A set of available spells is called a “grimoire”. To uninstall a package the user must “dispel” the spell.

Hey /b/ros I'm back with my all but bricked $1000 computer. Seeing how I can't fix Microsofts fuck ups, what Linux distro should I use that has the best gaming and Bluetooth support? I'm trying to play all the big 1A titles like BF1, Overwatch, FO4, etc. What's your advice

Steam OS is the easiest way to play, but I still recommend you to install Kvm if you want the best gayming experience on it.

Does anyone know how to change the navigation buttons/refresh/go buttons on Windows 7 Ult x64?

I've edited both Explorerframe.dll's, used Customizergod, used multiple third party tools designed for it, and they all show it as working, but nothing changes in the window.

I made .bmps with an alpha channel that are all the same dimensions as the original .bmps, I don't understand what is making this connection not happen.

Any help?

PS. /wsr/ didn't reply

any advice in configuring your PCs into a workstation?

It's time I double down and get my projects off the idea board/PoC design stage

I'm limited in my work laptop, and having a dedicated tower just for work stuff is too much at the moment...

how do you guys configure your battlestations into home workstations?

Alright /g/, I was thinking about doing this for a long time, and now I'm asking you because Interwebs is so tangled with trash info.

What's the best and largest memcard this pocket hercules supports right now? It has latest Rockbox installed (actually this is why I'm asking because I've got complicated whether sdcard support is modified by Rockbox or still the device default).

Also what's in yours and how it's doing?

List the following functional (not necessarily pure) from greatest to least.

1.) Haskell
2.) Erlang
3.) Elixir
4.) Common Lisp
5.) Clojure
6.) Elm

It's misleading to put the Lisps under the label "functional."
