Patents were created to encourage innovation but novadays these are used mainly as weapons in the corporate world. Should we change how the patent system works?

Why does Legacy Captcha keep making me type CALLE over and over, to the point where I have, multiple times, gotten pic related, or CALLE X or Y CALLE one after the other after the other?
I get that it's Spanish for street and Google is using the legacy version of ReCaptcha to label Google Maps nowadays, but it's still far more common than any other word ever, to an insane degree- while words like STREET, AVENUE, ROAD, ect. don't show up nearly as often.
I don't get it.

/g/entlemen I have a problem. My motherboard went tits up and I need to RMA it. I've never RMA'ed a mobo before. Besides the amount of time its going to take, what should I expect and is there anything to keep in mind?
I've been told to take a lot of photos of the board before sending it off. Also important, what is the best way to remove the CPU and CPU fan? I have an i5 6600k and Hyper 212 Evo cooler. Are there any good videos to recommend how to safely remove and store those?
