List the following functional (not necessarily pure) from greatest to least.
1.) Haskell
2.) Erlang
3.) Elixir
4.) Common Lisp
5.) Clojure
6.) Elm

Elixir > Haskell > Lisp > Erlang > Clojure > Elm
>>58965614
Lol, building an interpreter in Ocaml as I browse 4chan.
>>58965614
It's misleading to put the Lisps under the label "functional."
>>58966239
True, my mistake. A little drunk.
>>58966221
People still use that?
>>58966239
>(not necessarily pure)
Clojure is pretty damn functional, so is Scheme (mandatory TCO, recursion instead of loops).
CL is a lot more functional than C/Java, although admittedly it's more stateful.
>>58965614
Rust?
>>58966239
I agree. It's unfair to associate Lisp with something as retarded as Haskell.
What's the point of functional programming?
Nice theoretical shit for autists, but it has no practical use.
>>58969891
Try building a compiler without one. Good luck buddy.

This is a pic related-tier discussion.
