How do you cope with body dysmorphia /fit/?
I am 6'2'' 230 lbs and while not planetary in scale I still see myself as a whale in the mirror. I also have gyno.

Limiting your eating window to 6 or less hours a day all the time, or fasting completely from 24-48 hours once a week. That's how I've seen it presented.
Anyone have any personal experiences and can speak for pros and cons? I've heard with HIT it can double your T and increase HGH by up to 2000%
How much fasting is too much?
Instead of counting calories I just eat nothing 2 days a week, it helps, but I've read some omnious shit.
just look at the people on that show naked and afraid, they eat barely anything for 21 days and come out with a successful cut

its more mentally challenging than physically. just like running the first 10 minutes are why you want to quit but after you get your second win you can run nonstop.

Bodybuilding used to be an art back in the 60's and 70's when they were judged not only on size but also on symmetry, proportion, and conditioning. Now bodybuilding is just a quest for extreme mass regardless of how shitty you actually look
