going to the gym for the first time in 6 years
don't want to die of like a heart attack or anything
5'11 and 165 lbs
what's some good routines to ease me in? tips/tricks?
I wrestled for 4 years of hs, been lazy all through college, got dumped last week
got a haircut yesterday
just got a job starting tomorrow

I used to basically run a few miles, bench, squats, deadlifts, bunch of back/core stuff 3x a week and had practice 5x a week with 2 two a days
and my goal is basically look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club

no advice? I ended up just running 2 miles, benching 5 sets, squats, shoulder and leg press then sauna'd
