what's some good routines to ease me in? tips/tricks?

I used to basically run a few miles, bench, squats, deadlifts, bunch of back/core stuff 3x a week and had practice 5x a week with 2 two a days
and my goal is basically look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club
no advice? I ended up just running 2 miles, benching 5 sets, squats, shoulder and leg press then sauna'd

BODYWEIGHT SQUATS
100 pushups a day, 100 bodyweight squats a day, 100 situps a day, and 10km a day CMON
