So last year or so I decided to stop taking hgh and mega blasting gear and started saving my money. Since I live with my parents and rent is covered I was able to save a decent amount.

Generally, high specificity like you have is great for strength. The more frequently you train a specific movement pattern, the faster you become proficient at it. But you need some variation too to prevent imbalances and injuries. Give your lower back a break from all the tight powerlifting movements. It's like eating only olive oil, flour, whey and a multi every day. You will survive, but wouldn't it be great if you could have a stir fry too?

I just tried my first Pull session of Plebbit PPL, and came across some issues.
