There is literally nothing wrong (health wise) with sardines and other small fish, or fermented dairy like kefir.
However, milk, cheese, eggs, large fish like tuna and meat have very little place in a honestly healthy diet. They offer no nutrient you can't find elsewhere.

Animals dont create any essential human nutrient or mineral. They get them all from external sources. Therefore animal products will not provide us with anything that we cant get without them.

Also our bodies were not desiged to consume large portions of our diet from animal products. The most obvious example of this is our inability to control our blood cholesterol levels when fed excess exogenous cholesterol.
