So /fit/ when do you actually break DYEL mode? Aren't you always DYEL for someone who is bigger than you? What mode do should you achieve after DYEL mode?

Well guys... I've had it. I'm 6'3" and at 230 pounds at like I don't know the % I still look like a fucker who doesn't even lift.

Over the last 3 years I've built my way up to a 1.5/2.5/3/5

started at 165 very ultra skelly pounds.

age 27. I make a decent income, 45k yearly before taxes in a place that's inexpensive to live in. Just broke up with a soul sucking bitch too.

Just want a certain look, and to be honest it's not possible natty, and getting halfway there requires a lot of dedication and discipline that I'm almost tapped out on for the meager results.

Goals 240 or more at as lean as I can handle and maintain. I want to use the bare minimum of gear to get there.

After 2 months research I plan:

500mg weekly Test cyp or enth
Mast 400mg weekly
deca at an ultra low 100mg weekly, just for joints.

I plan to blast this for about 20 weeks then to drop to a 200mg weekly maintenance cruise of test and adjust until I find the lowest amount I can keep the look I want on.

I plan to diet the entire time.

training volume will increase, but not planning to use painfully heavy weight.

look a certain way and have a particular quality of life.

also to be able to have a drink here and there and a bit of weed too. sick of living like a monk with shit results.

Anyone here ever break blood vessels from hitting a muscle to hard? I've gotten these where the squat bar lays at times. I was smashing away my pec minor today for mobility and got this mark. It's nothing to worry about correct?

What work should I do for a bigger chest? I don't feel bench press anywhere but my shoulders triceps

Don't flare your elbows out and bring the bar lower down ur chest, lower as in further from neck and closer to belly. Common mistake that might be your problem.

However barbell bench isn't a gr8 chest isolation, do dumbell bench and flies.

This, and just to add to it,

Don't push the bar from the nipples to above the eyes (so the bar makes a semi circle shape)

Push from just below the nipples directly up to the ceiling so at the top of the movement the barbell is still in line with the nipples / just below them where you started from.

If this makes sense? If not ill draw up a stick man diagram if you'd like.

Extra tips that I find helpful:

>Try to "take your arms out of the lift". Lessen the weight and really concentrate on your pecs pushing the weight. If you do it properlly it should be real slow.

>bring the bar all the way down to touch the chest but let your arms and pecs hold the load.

>1-2 seconds holding this position between each rep

>Slow movement on the way down.

>Knuckles pointing to the ceiling, don't hyper extend your wrist with the bar across the inner knuckles.

>Squeeze the bar tightly at all times.
