yeah, i'd like to open a gym so i can be the old timer AND the owner. lift whenever i want, have other people clean my equipment, and can hit on as many young qt's as possible.
i'm already relatively wealthy in my early 20's, so i'd likely not have to manage my own gym full time or have to worry much about bringing in a profit. i'll probably divide the cost of upkeep among the members and pay the difference out of pocket if people can't afford it.
