Let's say you have to eat 2500 calories to cut, and if you fast every other day this means that you have to eat 5000 calories the days you are eating to get the same results, maybe you'll be a bit bloated but that is only short-term.

Oh my god my ab definition is very, very tenuously maintained. I ate out four times this weekend and two of my abs are now comfy in a little pooch of fat. It's also suddenly full on summer here and I've got a bunch of cardio to do.
