In other news: water is wet.
>This is a wake-up call for planners, local councillors, food manufacturers and the government to make sure we can make healthy choices more easily
IT'S NOT THE FUCKING GOVERNMENT'S JOB TO PREVENT YOU MAKING HORRIBLE CHOICES REEEEEE
t. buttblasted liberal who thinks gov spending is really important, but that people who get hypnotised by the syrup & grease industry's advertising have only themselves to blame

>IT'S NOT THE FUCKING GOVERNMENT'S JOB TO PREVENT YOU MAKING HORRIBLE CHOICES REEEEEE
Right but if the government didn't prevent people from making horrible choices then people would make those terrible choices.
there'd be nothing to stop someone from not hiring folks because they're black, people might not use others preferred pronouns, and some people might refuse to sell wedding cake to gay couples.
the government has decided to take the authoritarian parent stance and will try to hold on to that as much as possible. this means micromanaging everything including whether or not you should be able to offer free refills on soda in your restaurant.

Is Alex Jones /fit/?
no but he LARPs as someone who is
and to be fair he still has some muscle left over from his younger days, but he's gotten fat and no amount of """""male vitality supplements"""" are gonna solve that for him
He used to be quite fit when he was younger, now he just looks like a brick wall.

Why do I have such a hard time leaning forward when doing dips? I'm trying to target my chest more and supposedly that's the thing to do. Also if you even think about redditspacing in my thread don't bother posting.
>>41471597
Lean forward. It's not that hard. If you can't do one, do a negative instead.
Also what the fuck is reddit spacing?
>>41471597
You need to stretch probably
Also don't lose tightness while dipping, it is bad for your shoulders
bring your legs forward, like you're trying to be a V
How do i achieve this mode? Is it even humanly possible to get this much mass?
>>41471583
I should add without roiding, and still maintaining functionality to run and fight
What are some of the staples of your diet? What are your goals right now Anon?
Staple - Chicken
Goal - not to be a fucking lanklet
3 months in and only slight change feels really bad
>>41471529
500 gr chicken breast and 500 gr greek yoghurt everyday, makes up %85 of my protons and more than half of the calories
300g oats
6 eggs
Goal: Stop being so FUCKING weak.
Hey /fit/ (long time viewer first time poster)
I have been working bench press for 6-7 months now and it's at 46kgs. Not including bar weight. Five sets of five reps. No spotter.
Is this respectable for this amount of training, included a picture of myself and I'm 82kg 5'4 if it helps.
It's not great, especially for someone with 5'4 manlet arms. That bar probably weighs around 5-10kg so you're not even at 60kg yet. Work harder. You should be able to bench your bodyweight for at least one rep by now.
>>41471531
What the hell is manlet arms, I do train hard and have a protein shake before and after every workout.
Thanks for no help queer cunts
>manlet lifts for 2 years
>looks aesthetic as fuck
>lanklet lifts for 5 years
>looks like a dyel
why is this allowed?
Because 5 lb of muscle on someone 5'6 looks a lot more than 5lb of muscle on someone 6'5
even if the tall guy never lifts he will look bigger than the manlet in most cases. lanklet can also obtain far more mass than manlet ever can
Because manlets are the master race
>doctor says my cholesterol is high
>wants me to lose 5kg and get another bloodtest after
fuck u /fit/
u said IIFYM is gucci, now ima have to stop eating saturated fats

>on finasteride
>but also creatine
Oh God
Yes.
>>41471200
yes. there is a reason it's called balding powder. if you are predisposed to balding it will accelerate it.
that said, it's a meme supplement. it will give you like 1 extra rep
How'd he do it?

shit, hell if I know
If dirty/ clean diets don't matter so long as you meet your calorie/ protein targets, why do the /fit/ diet guides tell you to not eat processed food and to prepare everything yourself?
t. A guy who's about to lose fat before bulking for first time
Its not just protein, its your macros as a whole. Even without taking into account micronutrients, vitamins etc its much easier to have a good ratio of carbs/fat/protein with a clean diet. Most processed foods are high in fat
What does Kripp have to do with /fit/
>>41470795
he is the personification of a peak male body
Reminder that heavy lifting is unsustainable
prove it
Well maybe he should have lift with his muscles not with his spine.
>>41470664
how heavy are we talking here?
Hey /fit/
How much is everyone paying for their gym membership?
I'm looking to start lifting but the closest gym to me is charging $50 AUD a week.
Seems a little bit expensive to me.
Thanks.
Also in Straya. I pay $120 for 14 months, but apparently my gym just happens to be one of the cheapest there is in this country. Most of the chain ones will cost you something like $800 a year.
>>41470686
Wow that is a pretty good deal. What gym anon? And location?
>>41470699
Just an independent gym in Adelaide. 24/7 too. Where in Aus are you bro?
>Messi smokes
>Zidane smokes
>Balotelli smokes
>Rampage Jackson smokes
>Mike Tyson smokes
>JOOOOOHN CEEEEEEEENA smokes
>Ronda Rousey smokes
>Mesut Özil smokes
>Michael Jordan smokes
But you sure know better than them, right?
>>41470513
yes
>>41470525
Virgin cope.
>>41470513
have fun with your lung cancer and breathing problems OP, it's common knowledge that smoking is bad for you, i doubt any of the people you listed would argue that point
So I used to be a fat cunt, I'm about 5'8 and reached 90kg/198 pounds, body fat % was around 30%
Over about 2 months I lost 14kg/30 pounds and put on muscle, body fat % dropped to around 15
Now one problem is the stretch marks that were caused by me being a fat cunt have retracted and come closer together, making them look even worse, they're all over my stomach, back, upper arms, ass and thighs
Is there anything I can do to get rid of this shit
>>41470407
dont eat for 20 days
not even trolling
>>41470407
its largely genetic and inevitable if you get big enough. they aren't that noticeable. either ignore them or get tatted
Nothing you can do about it.
Going from 150lbs to 190lbs gave me stretch marks across my arms/delts and inner thiighs
