Hey guys, I'm at 11 percent bodyfat right now with a great body for my frame after 2 years o f weightLifting, 21 years old and a manlet.

my face is similar to the guy in pic related except with a defined jawline. these moonface genetics fucking suck man. I look like a cuck with it. Should I get jaw implants and buccal fat removal to get rid of this? I really want the chiseled look but I feel like my genetics are holding me back.

I have a relatively small chin (not weak tho) but I have fat deposits on my side that make me look like I am at 16 percent bodyfat, even though I am not.

Can anyone help me out? Should I go through with surgery or keep cutting?

I've been eating 2500-3000 calories every day for at least one week now and I haven't gained any weight, and I still am hungry for more after.

What is wrong with me? I am 5'9, barely 5-10 and 135lbs at 22. How the fuck am I still hungry after that much and not gaining any weight?! I am not active AT ALL either. I lay in bed all day. I shit like once every several days too.

make sure you're counting properly. Also weight yourself every day naked and and take the average every 7 days. Aim for .5-1 pound a week

What I do is body weight x 18 on non workout days and body weight x 19 on workout days, turns out to .75 a week and it works perfect for me.

No one can tell what routine you're on unless there are huge deficits in it such as:
>not using the 6 compound movements as the basis.
>bad nutrition
>bad sleep
>inconsistent training
>bad form/bad ROM

The 6 main compounds are:
>any type of squat
>pull from the floor (deadlift)
>horizontal push (any bench/dip variation)
>vertical push (military press, push press...)
>horizontal pull (any type of rowing motion)
>vertical pull (any type of pull-up or lat pulldown)

GSLP, SL5x5 or whatever other routine there is will be fine.
I'm gonna post my own GSLP template here in a sec once I translated it to English.

Be honest /fit/, how "Stiff" can you get your legs during a stiff legged deadlift? Searching for it on google all I see is either terrible form and/or bent knees.
