Lets discuss posture. How do you know if you have good posture and what exercises must be done to have good posture?

I feel that I have great posture, which I credit to doing deadlifts, rows and most importantly, pull ups.

Ive been doing crossfit for 8months, its really fun, good workout, I suposse, but to progress you need to do strenght workout at the gym, since I started I have lost some strenght, now im back in the gym + crossfit.

How much weight do you think they can handle if I'm careful?

I used an 80lb bag of quickcrete, two 10ft 4x4 sections. I couldn't tamp it very well, but I tried hard.

Ok so i have been looking at weight gaining supplements because am skinnyfag
So when i look for a supplement i look for at least 2000+ calories per serving, but when i look at the nutrition facts it says it only has ~700 calories
So then i look to the instructions and it saysmix with 48 oz of milk
What is even the point of getting the shit if most calories come from the milk?
Why do they do this, why cant they be up front with shit
Im trying to make gains and yet here i am wondering if i should just consume mass quantities of milk and eggs instead

sounds like you forgot to put weight on the bar and/or didn't do compound movements. calisthenics are objectively less stressful. i.e. easier, than the main compounds.

So as I've started to lift more and more weight I get prolems with my arm joins and sometimes shoulder. Its start to hurt, to the point that I can not lift anymore for couple of days and it is really annoying and makes me progress slower.

What am I doing from? More calcium or magnesium in the diet or stretching? Can someone help?

Any of you /pussies/ ever done a challenge?

How do you feel about the style and methods of this type of endurance training compared to a more 'bread and butter' cardio/weight lifting program? Compared to something like crossfit?

I haven't but am interested. I'm going into ROTC at my university so I think it's probably a good idea for me. As far as non-military applications, it depends on what you want to be good at. If you want to be good at humping a ruck, then it's great. If you want big arms, probably not. I think the cardio aspect outweighs the strength training aspect so I wouldn't sub it for strength training but use it alongside it.

You have to train a specific way to be able to complete the challenge (the harder ones at least).

It's physical strength, but more importantly, muscular and psychological endurance.

I did a bit of SS and then hopped onto a PPL. I have been lifting seriously since February hitting the gym atleast 5 times a week. Results are slow and aesthetic gains are non existant. Was PPL a mistake? Should I just go back to a beginner program? IM 194cm and 95kg atm.

5 days a week is too much for a natty, your body needs time to recover..

Why wouldn't you slow down sooner if you didn't see any gains? Also diet is 80% of your aesthetics.
