>be four months in gym
>gym becomes routine and easy
>try a calisthenics workout
>is harder than lifting
explain this BS.
>>
>>41685834
sounds like you forgot to put weight on the bar and/or didn't do compound movements. calisthenics are objectively less stressful. i.e. easier, than the main compounds.
>>
>>41685834
you weigh more than you currently lift fatass
>>
>be about four months in gym
>feel good, though exhausted, after workout
>all of a sudden can't do squats without wanting to vomit halfway through finishing my workout ruining it

Explain this.
Please because its ruining me and I haven't changed anything
>>
>>41685877
are u fucking retarded? they require immense cordination, balance skill and endurance. lifting weights is just proper technique, then the same shit but heavier when ur stronger. it is by no means any harder what so ever
>>
>I tried doing something new and it's a lot harder than things I've been doing for a while
>HAVE I BEEN MEMED
>>
>doing something you've never done before is harder than doing something you've been practicing for four months

Wow, also you're not lifting heavy enough
>>
>>41685888
You might have cancer/tumor mate
>>
>people who lift for years but can't do 10 pull-ups / 50 push-ups
what's the fucking point then
>>
>>41685834
>lifting for """"""4 months"""""""
>probably baby weights
>thinking you're fit by any standards

kys
>>
>>41685915
Man i hope so
>>
If I stopped doing squats for two months I'd be able to do 18+ full-ROM pull-ups*, normally I can only do about 10-12, letting your legs atrophy is literally the secret of calisthenics, there's not much more to it.

*happened when I got injured
>>
>>41686497
If you check the most of calisthenics videos all of them have chicken legs.

I was able to do 20 strict pull ups, but since I started to workout my legs more, I cant do the same number of reps.
