You're not going to get enough weekly volume doing that kind of routine.

Full body with 48hours in between each session will allow for far more weekly total volume and much better frequency of body-parts trained.

I was a skelly when I graduated High school about 4 years ago, like 5'11" and 130lbs. Have been lifting while at uni since. I've had the most success eating as much as possible throughout the day and doing the 5x5 program as a starting point. Specifically, I ate a shitload of roasted chicken wraps(with spinach and veggies, sometimes a slice of cheese) for lunches and dinners, eggs and oatmeal for breakfasts. Sometimes rice-based meals if I got bored with the wraps. I had a rough semester this last spring and fell off the lifting wagon. Lost a bunch of weight, feel weak as fuck. I'm at about 160 now. I have a lot of ground to make up.

Hey /fit/, thought you might appreciate my fitness routine for boarding school. I'm in my senior year, and we have our own rooms with limited space but enough for floor exercises and for my main lifting component: my steel frame bed. I was banned from the gym for ankletapping a mate who was squatting and nearly killing both of us in the process (story for another time).
Anyways, on the floor I do bicycle crunches and planks mainly, but I devised a way to use my bed as a weight to lift in various ways.
I usually start off with 10 curls x2, then 15x front rows x3, finishing the set with 15x OBP (over-bed presses) and another 20 of those to finish the pump. Do 3 sets and 4 every other day.
How do you work out with no weights, fit?
