So as I've started to lift more and more weight I get prolems with my arm joins and sometimes shoulder. Its start to hurt, to the point that I can not lift anymore for couple of days and it is really annoying and makes me progress slower.

What am I doing from? More calcium or magnesium in the diet or stretching? Can someone help?

Bump,
>>
what joints/lifts? it may have to do with form
>>
fix your form on lifts, for shoulder issues try do warmup exercises for your shoulder before bench/dips/ect, reduce the amount of exercises that use that area, aka if you're doing 3 sets of chinups and 8 sets of curls dont.
>>
Need more information
>what lifts/what's your routin
>how much weight on lifts
>what's your diet like
>your age, height, weight, bodyfat estimate
>how long you been liftin
>what joints are hurting the most
>how often are you training

You are not doing proper warmups. Also anything involving shoulders should be done with shoulders back and pressed down.

But its hard to say with this little information. Check out scooby1961 videos for form and other tips on how to protect your joints while lifting.
>>
Take fish oil supplements. Use proper form. Drink more water. Don't overtrain.

You took too much weight you dyel faggot and now you have tendonitis. Your tendons didn't adjust to added stress, it will need time, let them rest and do lesser weight until you can do more.
