Hey guys I'm looking to become a vegan. I'm completely new to nutrition in general and have a low IQ so I'm already overwhelmed. Can someone provide me a good intro to vegan food grocery list? So today i had my 100 cal yogurt and my high in protien 220 cal cereal for the day when... all of a sudden my parents tell me we are invited over to a Syrian family for lunch.

It's working so far. I do 30 minutes when I wake up and 30 minutes before sleeping. Also a little 10 minute practice before running.

I like all the breathing techniques for when I'm stressed as well. Nothing cures minor anxiety like alternate nostril breathing.

How do I, as a man, be happy /fit/?

I am 25 years old, white male, 5ft 10, not bad looking. I shirk from conflict. I am quickly look away from other men when i am walking down the street. I have a good circle of friends. I play the drums, I work out 3 times a week, I have a 4 year old son who I love, but I feel I am letting down because I am not "man" enough.
