Story time.
So today i had my 100 cal yogurt and my high in protien 220 cal cereal for the day when... all of a sudden my parents tell me we are invited over to a Syrian family for lunch.
these guys make some buttery infested fat food.
and my cheat day is tomorrow so i can eat with my bros at a resto bar...
nevertheless dad gets mad and says they are respecting you and that he would be mad if i don't go ... so not wanting him to get mad i go.
have a chicken breast and some couscous [with 1kg of butter]
say i have to leave early since i have a final tomorrow.
get home.
fill cup with warm water and salt.
down the cup and stick my finger deep in my throat till i puke it all out.
inb4 dad forces [us asians have a hierarchel system when it comes to families and you dont want to disobey your father...]
P.S: im 21.
any of you guys got any stories like that... or any fit related stories... been studying for a while and need a break.

its how its made... i used to eat that ladies food and it was disgusting, because of the amount of butter and fat she used to put...
one time she made a thick yellow soup, and i could smell the margarine from the soup... i took a sip and threw it all out [that was before i even started my diet and wanting to be fit].
