Been trying to find direction in life and haven't been able to ignite any passion in myself for anything.

Was considering skilled trades or maybe a career in fitness, i've lost 115 pounds and I enjoy helping others lose weight. Is there any long term viable careers in fitness or is it a waste of time?

Its a good time if you live in the u.s. the obesity rate will continue to climb meaning more people are gonna try to lose weight every year , setting up a local gym in your town could mean big bucks in the future, or simply becoming a personal trainer who contours to large based people wormouts would be a good gig as well

Help me /fit/, what are the CHEAPEST possible food items i can get? I will be going through some tough times and i won't have a lot of money to eat.

I was thinking, pasta, rice, beans and chicken. Is there anything else I can add? I know how to cook and I don't mind eating the same thing 7 days a week.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I deadlifted 255 lbs today /fit/. New PR for me. But the bar almost slipped out of my hands. I think I could do 275, but no way I can grip that. How do I build grip strength? My wrists are skinny as fuckk.

6 days a week, one "cheat" day a week, more because there's one day a week I drink booze and I generally have a greasy burger or some shit once I'm drunk.

Looking to drop down to about 77-79 and see how I look, go from there.

Pretty fucking boring but that's because I'm super autistic with food and I can't stomach most foods. Thinking of swapping out the morning apple for a protein shake, don't wanna eat too much fruit cus of the sugar.

To start, I love them with all my heart. But before I finished the semester at my university, I was going to the gym every other day. Now I struggle to stick with it because they're constantly asking me to do things for them that normally wouldn't take much time, but for them it does. My dad's mostly the one that declares I'm going to do something out of nowhere like painting the house or going out shopping with them and hours can go by. My me time is just cucked. How do you all handle it?

Anyone know of meal replacement shakes that are at least as nutritionally complete as HMR shakes, but cost less?

I have past experience with HMR, and they are good, but a bit too pricy.

Yeah I know. I know /fit doesn't approve, but I need to go on a low cal diet. It's the plan that hospitals put fat fucks like myself on to lose weight before we collapse into a singularity.

Insurance doesn't cover the shakes, so I was hoping someone knew of a nutritionally comparable, but cheaper option.

Just got back from the doctor and they actually measured me. First time getting measured professionally and she said I was 6.05 ft. I always thought I was 5'11", so it's kinda cool to be in tbe 6 foot range now. This explains why anything people told me their height I was thought they were inflating it since I was so sure about mine. Apparently I just had shitty posture.

Anyone have this happen to them? Whether it made you shorter than you thought or taller than you thought.

I'm between 6'1" and 6'2" so depending on the situation I'll use one of those heights. I mostly just say 6'1" but when I feel like someone in the room needs an ego check I'll claim the extra inch. It's been a long day for Chad. He's woken up hungover after having a wild orgy with 4 Stacies.
