I'm heading into the army in about one and a half month. Mostly what the first three months consists of is carrying heavy bags through forests.

I have this little daily program planned out.
Carry a 20kg bag 4km and stop halfway to do some push ups, fast runs and some situps. I'll be putting more weight in the rucksack every week.

On top of this i'll lift aswell 2-3 times a week.

Is this good? or am i overdoing it? What can i change to get that nice military core?

Ok this is the last day I back squat. I'm feeling it in my lower back yea my form is probably off but what exactly is so magical about these squats? I feel like it is just dogma and guys on here who have ego attached to their stupid numbers on their squat that no one cares about.
To get my form right is going to take a shit ton of work and only manlets under 5'7 seven should realistically do this movement.
If I do trap bar deadlifts I feel it a shit ton in my glutes and quads then I just do deadlifts for my hamstrings. I can also do good shit like split squats, lunges, step ups, front squats etc. What is so magical about this movement that I need to continue it at the expense of my spine?

Pretty sure I got sick from going to a convention. Sore-ish itchy throat, mild fever, weak, coughing, nose is running, ears are kind of plugged, etc.
How do I get over this as fast as possible? I just wanna get back in the gym. Haven't been sick in years

I'm also still eating at a 500 cal deficit, should I stop that? Didn't know if I should have put this in qtddtot, sry in advance.

rest alot, both physically and mentally, consume alot of fluids (water, tea), don't starve but don't stuff yourself full either, just eat until you're satiated, and try to stay away from heavy, greasy foods like burgers and pizza, etc.
Also sleep as much as you need to, and don't rush recovery or you'll just end up having to miss even more gym days.

The following was given to me as a """""personalized routine""""" by an employee of my gym after a 1 hour intake measuring my strength, stamina, bf% etc. I am a skinnyfat dyel beginner who can only do about 20 pushups. I'm pretty good at running though (half marathons n shit) and I told her I wanted to keep that up along with lifting, and that my aim was gaining strength.
