It is a regular thing, it's just that not many people here lift and an even smaller subsection of those people olympic lift. Also olympic lifting isn't really simple enough like powerlifting to where you can ask people on the internet for tips, it's way easier to just be guided by a person IRL. Also the thread dies before the post limit pretty much every time and there's no stable of tripfags to post moderately impressive lifts and keep it going.

That said I appreciate the effort. Have a qt.

How's the summer cut coming along for everyone?

I'm down for around ~210 lbs to 183 lb today. 71 days on cut so far.

To be frank it's my first cut so I guess it's not so much a summer cut for me - more like babby's first cut after SS+GOMAD type tragedy.

I did, I just ate like shit (no tracking anything) and really wasn't training with good form or discipline - didn't gain much strength and what I did gain I built with horrible form.

Started taping my sets after some back pain and realized not only did my form suck but I was also fat. This is ~90 days ago.

We all start somewhere.

They dont. As a beginner its simple. You do some exerises to cover the body and add isolations for what the compounds dont do. You can also add more sets to get more volume.

As an intermediate you need to up the volume as you need more to stimulate growth.

Also there is NO benefit to having carbs only once a day. How much fat you burn is dependent on caloric deficit. Not frequency of meals, nor when you eat your macros. At least not for you. Who are aboviously a beginner.

Have any of you had hair loss from losing weight?

M20 here and I lost 90lbs in 7 months (5'10, current 190)

My diet wasn't diverse at all and I didn't take a good multivitamin but my hair is starting to thin out.

Sup /fit/-bros? I have a question for you. My dick has a weird curvature. Like, it points upwards, by creating a 45 or so degree angle with the horizontal. How do I get rid of it?!

How much time does one need to spend at the gym for normies to think one is aesthetic? Cause I see some posts on /fit/ about guys who claim to spend 3 hours a day at the gym and they have this elaborate routine, when I'm just spending like an hour and half there and I do like a total of 8 different lifts.

I just want to lose my gut and have decent definition and strength.
