I deadlifted 255 lbs today /fit/. New PR for me. But the bar almost slipped out of my hands. I think I could do 275, but no way I can grip that. How do I build grip strength? My wrists are skinny as fuckk.
Also, I've been snap chatting this tinder sloot, but she keeps avoiding getting drinks with me. What do?

do rack pulls about 1.5 - 2 inches below knee. be sure to stretch shoulders first. hold the rack pull for 5 seconds... add 20 lbs, repeat.
also: kettle bell farmers walks
>alternate wanking hands

farmers walk
60% of your bodyweight each hand, max distance, 3 sets
Use hook grip

these are correct

this is wrong, so would "use straps"
if you can't lift it naturally with normal grip, you can't lift it. work on your various muscles til you can.

Any tips about the grill?

When I dead lift should I feel a decompression-y type feeling in my back when i'm done with a set? It dosnt really hurt but it's not pleasant. Am I going too heavy or not properly stretching beforehand?

move on or give her an ultimatum
>"you gunna get a drink/cone with me or not?"
if no definitive answer within 3 hours, delete contact/drop her. never waste your time on dumb sluts

find a grill that likes you?
>>41824971
Not an easy task anon. Not many grills want 5'12'' 165 lbs skelly. I'm up from 138 last year though, so maybe I'll have more options next year when I'm 185-190ish

How the fuck is hook grip not lifting it naturally you dumb fucking retard
>>41825071
because hook grip does next to nothing for your grip strength
might as well use straps if you're going to use hook
>>41824717
Use a partially supinated grip

Deadlift is a multi joint compound lift that taxes more muscles than virtually any other movement and the ONLY muscle group that can't keep up with the weight is the muscles that don't contribute in the slightest to moving the bar. The deadlift is not a static hold, and it's certainly not by any means a grip exercise, you fucking turbo retard. Lifting extremely submaximal weights just because you don't want to switch to mixed grip is beyond retarded and defeats the entire purpose of the exercise. Not that it matters because these are all part of OP's bait:
