6ft 80lbs. Should I cut more? Estimate my bodyfat percentage.
The only cut you should do is the short-cut to the hospital.
Nice gyno

obtainable natty?
Best intermediate program/routine for endurance and strength building? Hopefully applicable to Law Enforcement, Firefighter, and Military.
Just do stronglifts with some cardio thrown in between, them, when your lifts stall, switch to Texas
>>41903126
I am not a powerlifter, looking at building functional strength.
>>41903126
OP if I were you I wouldn't do SL. I started it and gave up after a month cause it's fucking boring, even if you're a beginner or intermediate. Now doing a 6 day a week PPL and I actually enjoy working out.
>tfw 4 days NOFAP
Just jerk off bro its easy, hmu if you need help
Wait until you get 2 digits. I came a few times without touching my dick just laying in bed thinking about being fucked in the ass. I did say no homo of course

WHATEVER IT TAKES
what do you think about creatine /fit/
does it work? do you feel powerful? Do you feel leaner? more muscle? why is it praised while gear is looked down?
>>41848916
Creatine is basically a half-steroid, it fills your muscle cells with creatine phosphate, a cellular fuel alongside ATP. The normal levels of creatine phosphate are greatly increased, while muscle performance is increased. It's only legal because it doesn't raise your test levels that much
3grams a day keeps the gay away
that's what they say, creatine and whey, fight the gay
and oh, think about me when I'm with da bae
creaming her hole like bud spencer, you're gay if you need a dispenser
mary, jenna and stacy and may, might be a prick but not a gay
fight the gay
fight the gay
fight the gay
fuck, I'm gay
Took creatine for a while, then went off cause I don't wanna lose my hair.
That, and I was getting some really ripping headaches when lifting while I was on it.
>2017
>not doing only deadlifts and squats
Can you even find a flaw?

Damn, thats a really dedicated and well thought out shitpost
>>41848846
Eh, I felt the whole page spoke for itself and I don't really post on the net much. Just found this from a Facebook memory from 2013. Forgive me.
>>41848879
I was talking about the link
He went through alot of effort writing all that up
What are your personal favourite core exercises?
>>41902962
dragon flags, ab wheel (you are doing it wrong, guarantee it), standing on a box and leaning forward holding rings, landmines for obliques. And front squats of course but you are already doing them anyways, I hope
>>41903129
None of those use weights. Shouldn't you progressively overload like any other muscle group?
Deadlift.
Hey bro was wondering if any body had done steroids or sarma, thinking about doing a cycle and want to ask questions?
Alright here's how you make gains
>PPL
>super fucking high volume
>I'm talking 5x12 on everything but big compounds
>5x15 on some muscles that respond better to higher rep ranges like side delts
>heavy ass compounds
>squeeze the fuck out of the individual muscle when you're doing isolations
>hold that shit
>eat a lot and sleep at least 8hrs
>take zinc and magnesium
Make gains
>>41848514
Alright now show us your body pic tough guy
What is the purpose of fat being heavily concentrated in the belly area?
Why do you never see someone with fat arms/legs and a thin belly?
My guess is it's best to have most of your mass closest to your centre of mass, but I'm probably wrong.
probably for balance. if men stored it in their delts wed topple over
>>41848488
correct, core body temperature
Sodium is hard for me to limit with the foods I am eating cause salt is in so much stuff.
I've been able to limit myself to 2300mg a day, but that's not including any sort of seasoning for chicken or salt in eggs.
Is it okay to eat like 3000mg a day while drinking a ton of water or is 3000 still an issue?
I don't want to be eating too much on a daily basis.
Has sodium even been definitively labaled as bad by scientists?
>>41848672
I am not sure, but too much of it can probably end up messing with you in some way.
Potassium can reduce sodium's bad effects (including water retention).
>>41848672
Sodium is essential to live, but an excess is bad. Labeling it definitively bad would pretty much have any scientist anywhere laughed out of the field.
How have I only just heard about this goddess?

welcome to /fit/ newfag
>>41902902
Been here a while and never seen her.
What's the /fit/ opinion on weight gainers?
Are there any downsides?
I absolutely need to take this since I dont eat enough. Been on it for two months, already gained a noticable amount of weight.
>>41848392
as disgusting as bug person soylent
gomad
>>41848521
>gomad
Drinking a gallon of fucking milk is disgusting. Why not make a shake with the gainer and milk instead of drinking a fucking gallon of milk?
>>41848392
use whey instead of Gainer. More protein that way. GOMAD with protein shakes. 2 scoops to glory and 700ml of milk is 866 calories and 83 grams of protein. 3 of those falls just short of a gallon.
Although fat as fuck sumo wrestlers have the most muscle of any type of athlete, what are they doing to get so strong and how can that be used in weight lifting?
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11138566
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asash%C5%8Dry%C5%AB_Akinori#Fighting_style
Thats where you're wrong kiddo.
Sumo is normally forbidden because so much fat is really dangerous for your health although I think sumo's just non-stop bulk all life and that's cheating.
>>41902719
it's easy to be that strong when you are on a permanent dirty bulk..
They're basically the same build as football linemen
>>41902773
Says the manlet who will never be that strong
Is curls all that's needed for big arms /fit/? I want to be the guy with the big arms that everyone mires, I don't care about chest, back or shoulders or any of that shit
>>41902680
You'll look really goofy with nice arms and narrow shoulders/chest.
t. anon that just realized this for himself recently.
honestly if you got yourself an easy curl bar and just did standing curls with it you'd build some decent aesthetics. it challenges your core holding the weight up and hits your spinal erectors pretty hard. but you'd be much, much, MUCH better off doing chin ups if your goal was biceps because it hits biceps like a mofo and builds a vshape which enhances the big arms look
Is weighted chinups and skull crushers all that's needed for big arms /fit/? I want to be the guy with the big arms that everyone mires, I don't care about chest, back or shoulders or any of that shit
There, fixed that for you.
