Why is it every time I start sleeping with a girl on a regular basis, I loose 80%+ of my motivation to get shredded?

When I go through dry spells of 2-4 months of not getting laid, I am up at 5am to lift, eat clean as fuck, and focus my life around lifting heavy, eating right, and looking good overall.

When I start banging a girl, I just dont give a shit anymore, get lazy, eat like shit, and only lift 3-4 times a week.

Anyone else experience this?

Im thinking sub-consciously I am like this because I know when I am in shape I get the most attention from women. I lose fat in my face, abs start to pop, more confident, etc.

Yeah. Gf is a nurse and only sleeps about 5-6 hours a day tops (night shift). Gets all pissy that I want 8 hours and to only drink once a week. Rarely comes up anymore, as I've gotten her to settle the fuck down and realize what comfy life is all about

Mine is really high and I've taken time off lifting for exams this year and I've lost so much gains

How do I know that I have stopped growing? I eat and get plenty of sleep, but I seem to be permanently capped at around 5'9. Do I just maintain a good posture and hope for the best? I really do wish to become a little bit taller if possible, since nearly everyone else is 6 foot plus due to a predominantly white school community.

I did it last year. Results were pretty okay.
I started with just 20kg on upper body lifts and 40kg on lower body.
At the after picture my worksets were:
OHP 45kg
Bench 70kg
Squat 85kg
Deadlift 100kg

So it does work.

I want to become big, muscular, and athletic so badly. But I'm not giving it my all. I'm drunk as fuck right now, and I'm sulking. I'm disappointed in myself. I want to get fit, I have a home with with everything I could ever need, but my knees are fucked, they click and pop when I squat and my knees sorta hurt after I do my squat sets.

I've gone to see personal trainers and they say my form is good, even tho I tell them my knees don't feel right doing them, so I gave them up and replaced them with sprints, stairs, and hill runs. I will never get "big" from those types of cardio exercises and it hurts me. Why? Why fit? I want to get fit so bad. I'm drunk right now and sometimes I can't help mytself and I can drunk alone and then get sad because I so badly want to be big and strong but I have never been big and strong. I'm a weak 170lb 6 feet tall guy who gets talked down to at his job. At my job, this guy I work with always calls me skinny and thin and says I shouldn't lose anymore weight and I workout somewhat regularly but never keep my diet and training in check. Help me fit. Please fucking help me!!
