I'm not out of shape, I have pretty good cardio but when it comes to muscle I don't have a lot going on.
What can I do at home without going to the gym?

have you ever heard of workouts using your body-weight?
why would you not go to a gym, other than crippling social anxiety?

Here's a list:
-daily multivitamin
-vitamin d3 on days with little/no sunlight
-mp whey
-zinc if I feel like it
-yohimbine (amazing for bloodflow and if you care about it: boners)
Things I currently don't take but deem useful and used them myself:
-omega 3 and 6, doesn't matter lf fish or sea weed
-creatine monohydrate, don't buy anything else, literally all the same, just go for cheapest
-l-arginine, great for pumps
-dmma/dmha/dmba preworkouts(don't bother lecturing me on those i've used them for years now) but don't take them too frequently, they're hard on the stomach and can cause psychological sides

Me checking in. I do about 1.5/2/4/5 and have never had attention from women ever. Only had escorts. Aged 26 and have no friends and am the ugly loser in my office.
Moving to London just depressed me more.
Lifting changes nothing. I go to the gym out if pure habit but it's a chore, especially when coffee has ruined my sleep and I go in to lift relatively light weights.
Oh yeah, and I'm 6' but that means nothing when your face spells generic shit
Every inch of the gym is honestly a horrific place apart from the squat rack and platforms. It's like exercising in a normie haven

i'm 6ft, currently 130lbs, was 150lbs during college. trying to get to these 150 again. gained 2lbs of muscle last month, this month itll be another 2lbs i guess. its actually not that hard, as i eat a pizza after every workout

Anyone ever experience heel pain only when you go to touch your toes?
When I bend over with a flat foot, or pull my toes back, I get a shooting pain in my heel. It feels like something is tugging as well.
