What's the /fit/ opinion on weight gainers?

Are there any downsides?

I absolutely need to take this since I dont eat enough. Been on it for two months, already gained a noticable amount of weight.

use whey instead of Gainer. More protein that way. GOMAD with protein shakes. 2 scoops to glory and 700ml of milk is 866 calories and 83 grams of protein. 3 of those falls just short of a gallon.
