This is a fine exercise because you can make it harder, after L raises you start doing raises all the way to the bar then, all the way to the bar from L position

30 situps
30 seconds hold (legs and shoulders 6 inches up)
30 russian twists
30 rowers (start at hold, then knees to chest)
60 bicycles (like rowers, but hands behind head, don't move upper body, and one leg at a time)
15 v-ups (start with hold, then go as close to a v as possible)
1 minute rest
x3
4 minute plank
Good old decline sit ups at the moment
