Why do I believe scooby uses steroids? He is larger than most roidheads that blast cattle hormones like trenbolone.

Nandrolone, a form of which popularly known as "Deca", similar to trenbolone, it prescribed to HIV patients. In addition to testosterone. Other steroids are common as well.

If you're at a low body fat and you don't already have one chances are you're not ever going to have one or at least not a very noticeable one it's all about the genetics

Bad news, /fit/. Just found out I have Mono, and my doctor told me I couldn't exercise for a month because my spleen can rupture.

Anyone else deal with this? What did you do? I honestly might just work out anyway and if I die then I died doing what I loved. All I do is exercise, there's nothing more to life for me than that.

No it doesn't. But if you eat more, it will take longer for you to lose muscle. Also the mind muscle connection you made from lifting will still be there, so it will be quicker to make those gains back.
But it's a stupid question, since lifting is fun.

When I'm running my legs start hurting like a bitch.
Specifically the calves. And it starts almost instantly, after only 50 yards or so.

I went and had my gait checked today, and they said my form was just fine. So it's not that.
Don't think it's an injury either, since I had the same thing when I ran a couple of years ago.

Am I just weak? Pushing too hard? I ran 5K today with a 8 minute 16 second / mile pace. I've been running for about two weeks.
Anyway what do you think it is, and what can I do about it?

Hello /fit/, I'm after some advice.
Currently 20 and skinny fat - 6ft and around 160lbs.
Simply looking to become lean and look good. I've the diet and mindset, but I'm not 100% sure In regards to the workout plan. I have no access to gym, but I can go down the bodyweight exercise route. Any thoughts on the Reddit recommended routine? Is this something that would allow me to look lean/defined within 8 weeks if I follow it properly?
Sorry for the newfag question - I've seen so many different variations on how I should approach this but it's very contradicting in terms of structure.

Most of this is meme nonsense. Just do something simple but effective like Scooby's beginner's workout if you can't use weights. Also you're fooling yourself if you think you're going to look noticeably better in only 8 weeks.
