Hello /fit/, I'm after some advice.
Currently 20 and skinny fat - 6ft and around 160lbs.
Simply looking to become lean and look good. I've the diet and mindset, but I'm not 100% sure In regards to the workout plan. I have no access to gym, but I can go down the bodyweight exercise route. Any thoughts on the Reddit recommended routine? Is this something that would allow me to look lean/defined within 8 weeks if I follow it properly?
Sorry for the newfag question - I've seen so many different variations on how I should approach this but it's very contradicting in terms of structure.

Most of this is meme nonsense. Just do something simple but effective like Scooby's beginner's workout if you can't use weights. Also you're fooling yourself if you think you're going to look noticeably better in only 8 weeks.
