The only gym I got has plenty of dumbbells and a power rack, but somebody skee daddled with the barbell, all that's left are dbs and the Smith. Help

Calf raises, bent over rows, bht press, z presses aren't bad from my experience, and uh you can do some pull ups and leg raises if you hang onto the top
