What is the best food if you only want to consume only this food as long as possible?

If it's milk can I also replace water with low fat milk?
If it's meat I'd be willing to stretch the definition to all kinds of meat, fish, eggs and fish eggs

Multivit and other supplements only if necessary but okay

It's boring as fuck. I queue up youtube videos to watch while I hit the treadmill.

fit/ I'm worried that when I do finally "make it" in terms of physique, that I'll still be unable to talk to women and keep worrying about what they think of me.

No matter what angle I try and convince myself getting rejected doesn't matter, it still fucking scares me, and I am constantly thinking of hypothetical scenarios where I am talking to a woman, and I fuck it up.

How do I begin to un-ravel all this mental shit in my head? How do I stop feeling like I will never make it with women, and where do i get started?

This board has given me so much knowledge over the past 6 months. Sl 5x5 has made me see some solid gains. I feel unworthy to ask but I feel this is the right place to do so.

I live in a town of about 90000 people. Sounds like a lot, but everyone basically goes to the same 4 or 5 bars in the centre. If I am seen being laughed at or whatever, it would hurt my chances with other women.

The answer is it depends.

Are you a girl? Are you Pre-40 or Post-40? Have you ever done any sports? Are you cutting or bulking? Do you care much about muh abs and muh clean bulk? Are you retarded with your training, or go with a proper program? Do you have normal test?

But let's assume you're an average test pre 30 year old male who has done no sports. Then it would probably take you 1-1.5 years if you clean bulk/are cutting and follow a program like SS followed by texas method.
You can achieve it sooner if you eat like a porker and not give a fuck about looks but then you end up fat and need to cut.

Also 1/2/3/4 rarely gets hit at the same time, I am a manlet with really good proportions for squat and bench however horrible t-rex arms I reached 4pl8 squat at the same time I hit a 4pl8 deadlifts and the squat was in IPF approved comp in case people want to bitch about muh half squats.

Sleep: Being well rested is crucial to your psychical performance and to your recovery. Inadequate sleep will lower your immune system (leaving you unable to train) and may impact your hormone levels, furthermore your body won’t have time to repair the muscles that was broken down during training. Being a student I have more time to sleep than the average man, this is definitely to my advantage. During the summers when I work I simply try to go to bed earlier, especially if I will train the day after. If you have the time, always prioritize your sleep. If you cannot get enough sleep during a week, lower the amount of training.

Nutrition: Since there are so many different views regarding this matter I will just explain what has worked for me. For many of you this might seem like bro-science, and it might well be, however, as it has worked for me I know it has some merit to it. First of all, I have always tried to time my meals. The largest meal has always been after training, containing lots of carbs and protein with some fats (mainly oils and the natural fats in the other food). Other than that I try to eat at least 200 g of protein each day, ensuring my 2x bodyweight in protein in grams. I also try to eat some carbs prior to training, an apple or two usually works just fine (or even some sweets), this is to ensure that I can perform my best every session.

What foods to eat? I mainly eat traditional bodybuilder food; Chicken, tuna, eggs, rice, , lots of milk, some bread, some vegetables (lots of onion and garlic). Here is a picture I took after I bought groceries (this does, however, not represent my whole diet, I just bought what was missing): Milk, tuna, eggs, cottage cheese, mandarins, some olives, some sweets, some shrips, some lettuce and finally some good old green tea!

Supplements: I use creatine, essential amino acids and whey, when cutting I use more supplements since my immune system tend to suffer from the calorie deficit. Vitamin D, omega-3, multivitamin and zinc is my additional supplementation during diets. To be honest I Vitamin D is the only one I take on a daily basis, the other ones is situational.

I have a weird low "hump" at what SHOULD be the insertion point for the deltoid on my left arm (smaller than image shows). It gets larger the more I work my deltoids and it's definitely muscle. My right arm looks normal. What the fuck is this?

Also, the really weird thing is it's literally RIGHT on the spot where the deltoid should insert, so it's literally between muscles.

>Evidence that moderate drinking benefits the heart is 'evaporating'

>The American Heart Association now stresses that we should not drink alcohol in the hopes of warding off heart disease.

>For years, we were told that consuming light to moderate amounts of alcohol — particularly wine — offers us some health benefits, particularly a lower risk of heart disease.

>Recently, health officials have been more cautious. The American Heart Association, for example, now stresses that we should not drink alcohol in the hopes of warding off heart disease.

>That new caution is looking more and more justified. In 2014, for example, a massive meta-analysis of 56 studies involving more than 250,000 individuals reported that reducing alcohol consumption, including among light to moderate drinkers, is beneficial to cardiovascular health.

>‘Evaporating’ benefits
>A new study published Tuesday in the journal BMJ offers further evidence that any apparent health benefits from alcohol are, in the words of one health policy expert, quickly “evaporating.”

>For the study, researchers analyzed a decade’s worth of British data involving more than 50,000 adults aged 50 and older who were followed for up to 10 years. They found no significant association between the moderate use of alcohol and a reduction in the risk of death.

>The only possible exception was among women aged 65 and older. But those benefits were very modest, say the researchers, and may have been the result of selection bias. It’s quite possible, for example, that the older women whose data were used in this study were unusually healthy.

>The study found a slight benefit among men aged 50 to 64, but it disappeared completely when the researchers did not include as “non-drinkers” people who used to drink but had stopped.

>Putting former drinkers into the same category as people who have always been teetotalers is a significant flaw of studies that have concluded that people who drink moderately are healthier than those who abstain, the authors of this current study point out. That’s because former drinkers are often former alcoholics or people who quit drinking for medical reasons. As a result, they tend to be less healthy than people who never drank.

>Thus, it isn’t surprising that people who drink moderately would be healthier than them.

>An industry unchecked by government
>In an editorial accompanying the study, Mike Daube, a professor of health policy at Curtin University in Australia, says there are several important take-home messages from this study — and other emerging evidence — regarding alcohol and heart disease:

>Firstly, in health as elsewhere, if something looks too good to be true it should be treated with great caution. Secondly, health professionals should discourage suggestions that even low level alcohol use protects against cardiovascular disease and brings mortality benefits. Thirdly, health advice should come from health authorities, not from the alcohol industry, and, finally, the alcohol industry and its organisations should remove misleading references to health benefits from their information materials.
>>
>Daube also has some harsh words for how the alcohol industry — with the help of governments — has exaggerated and promoted alcohol’s benefits over the years:

>Governments around the world are unwilling to take on the formidable economic power of the international alcohol industry. They balk at every obstacle on the course — from taxation to legislated curbs on advertising and sponsorship, evidence based warning messages, and strong, well funded education programmes. Instead they prefer to listen to the siren songs of cooperation. Small wonder that the World Health Organization’s director general has expressed concern about ‘efforts by industry to shape the public health policies and strategies that affect their products,’ noting that ‘When industry is involved in policy-making, rest assured that the most effective control measures will be downplayed or left out entirely.'

Skinnyfat here. I'm 5'10 and 155 lbs. Why is it that if I go on a calorie deficit on days I don't work out I can see myself gain fat and lose muscle right away? You'd think my body would wanna ditch the gut before muscles, but fuck if I know.
