I've been lifting for about almost a year now and honestly have only done core like 10 times. 5'10 from skelly 140 to not so skelly 150 now, but my core is naturally strong and because I'm skinny I always have visible abs.

I wanna try and experiment with supplements to see if I can get any benefit to my physical activity and my mental health (the latter mostly).

I'll wait to get the test done before taking everything, messing with serotonin levels can be dangerous so I might end up taking either b12 or d3 vitamins.
