I just turned 18 and I will be starting my senior year shortly. I started lifting when I was 14 but still looked like shit. I want that to change this upcoming school year, I want to finish off high school happy with an aesthetic physique but I am worried that this is just wishful thinking as it might be too late to drastically change my body by next year (naturally).
