What is the best food if you only want to consume only this food as long as possible?
If it's milk can I also replace water with low fat milk?
If it's meat I'd be willing to stretch the definition to all kinds of meat, fish, eggs and fish eggs
Multivit and other supplements only if necessary but okay

Potatoes
You'd have way too much fat and not enough carbs if you ate / drank only meat / milk .
fatty fish contain all essential amino acids and all essential fatty acids

So throw in lowfat milk?
Chicken for meat only? Why not?
Potatoes? Wut? Elaborate.

So fish only? Or fish and meat? Or fish, fish eggs, crabs etc? Can you eat sea grass? Would a "sea only" diet work?

you will be shitting phosphorus like birds but yeah
and the real answer is
EAT DIVERSE HEALTHY FOODS imbecile

>Diversity is our strength
No doubt but micromanaging all the nutritions and with which amount of which food to get them is really complicated and there are so many contradicting opinions. Would have been cool to only stick to your one source and be safe.
I don't get why this thought experiment makes you so mad. Did the idea never cross your mind?

no micromanaging necessary. make a list of unprocessed foods you like, make sure there's a few nutrient-dense ones on it (like eggs and sardines), and then eat however much you want, whenever you want.
