/fit/, I have a situation. For multiple reasons, I want to get strong. Not big, not Chad, just strong. I do my Big 4 lifts, and accessory work six days a week. I use proper form. I supplement. I keep a fairly strict diet. However, I'm still not strong.

Tl;dr I want to get strong as fuck without worrying about aesthetics, despite being skelly. What do?

How much does /fit/ bench press?

A babyface isn't really that good , unless you are a prettyboy along the lines of Leonardo Dicaprio but even he has noticable cheekbones and a defined chin/jaw
