/fit/, I have a situation. For multiple reasons, I want to get strong. Not big, not Chad, just strong. I do my Big 4 lifts, and accessory work six days a week. I use proper form. I supplement. I keep a fairly strict diet. However, I'm still not strong.

Tl;dr I want to get strong as fuck without worrying about aesthetics, despite being skelly. What do?

1) eat, nigga.
2) lift, follow a strength routine appropriate for your level (beginner, intermediate etc.)
3) consider some supplements like creatine, beta alanine, and whey
4) (possible broscience incoming) if you stall on strength gains, switch to a hypertrophy routine for 3 months. Once you have gained muscle, switch back to strength based training to "activate" or "utilize" your new mass.

That's a tad bit too much.
Doing only 3 big lifts for 3 sets a day at high weight will take you about +2 hours.
Doing more won't get you more gains unless you're roiding. Your body needs to rest and get food. That's why most strength programs are 3 times a week for novices.

Way to much fucking volume for strength training. If you want to get strong you need to lift really heavy things a few times not a bunch of medium things a bunch of times.
